We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across corporate functions such as Finance, IT, HR, Logistics, Sales, and more. You will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines, conducting initial screenings, and supporting the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking groups, referrals, social media, and other creative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, career aspirations, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to Recruiters and Hiring Managers in a timely manner, ensuring strong alignment with role requirements.
- Collaborate with Recruiters to understand position requirements, market trends, and sourcing priorities across multiple corporate functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and sustained engagement throughout the process.
- Support interview scheduling and coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and progress within SAP SuccessFactors .
- Track and analyze sourcing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sourcing strategies and channel effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative sourcing tools to continuously enhance talent attraction efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably for corporate roles (Finance, IT, HR, Logistics, Sales).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media, etc.).Experience conducting candidate screenings and presenting qualified profiles.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).What We Offer
