Job DescriptionKering Eyewear is a Luxury Eyewear company, part of the Kering Group.We design, develop and distribute eyewear for 13 luxury brands.This role will focus on supporting sales efforts in Mexico.Key ResponsibilitiesManage order-to-cash flow for allocated customer portfolioDeliver exceptional customer service with sales teamEnsure compliance with sales business policiesManage customer master data and order flowLiaise with planning, logistics and customer for delivery flowManage backorders and goods returnsAct as customer's primary point of contact for commercial, logistics and product claimsSupport sales events such as Buying Days and brand presentationsIssue sales / customer-related reportingImplement customer service-related procedures and processesRequirements3+ years of B2B customer service experienceProven customer facing experienceSales experience within a controlled environmentProficient in SA implementationStrong Excel skillsGood business knowledge of order-to-cash flowsFluent English and SpanishWhy Work With Us?
