The SDR will focus on conducting thorough research, engaging prospects through cold outreach, qualifying leads, and setting up product demos for the sales team.ResponsibilitiesConduct research to identify ICP leads within the short-term rental (STR) industry.Initiate outbound engagement through cold calls, emails, and social media to present the value proposition.Qualify leads by assessing needs, asking insightful questions, and tailoring advice.Schedule product demos for qualified leads, ideally within a short call window.Maintain accurate and updated records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share feedback from prospect interactions.Required Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably within SaaS or technology sectors).
