Service Engineer - Chillers / cooling systems

We are recruiting a Sr. Service Engineer for our international client, global leader in the development, manufacturing and distribution of innovative cooling solutions . With more than 60 years of experience, our client offers a comprehensive range of products and systems that leverage cutting-edge technology, IoT connectivity and intelligent control software with a focus on industrial water systems for the plastics and food and beverage industry.

The Sr. Service Engineer will report directly to the S&S Manager for LATAM and the Service Manager North America, working in the field and assuring a relationship based on trust with clients, as well as increasing the presence and positioning of the company.

MISSIONS

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs of chillers, temperature control systems, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to develop and implement effective solutions for complex issues.
• Utilize technical documentation, manuals, and schematics to assist in equipment repair and maintenance processes.
• Provide training and support to junior technicians and customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of service visits, equipment repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the quality and engineering teams to provide feedback for product improvement and innovation.
• Stay up to date with the latest equipment and troubleshooting information.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the equipment.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
