Key Responsibilities
- Hunt & Win : Proactively prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities across Mexico (mainly) and LATAM.
- Engage Decision-Makers : Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and executive stakeholders to position our cybersecurity platform as the go-to solution.
- Own the Sales Cycle : Manage the full enterprise sales process—from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiations, and closing—while delivering a seamless client experience.
- Exceed Targets : Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals to maximize commissions and drive regional growth.
- Leverage Internal Resources : Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to accelerate deal momentum and win strategic accounts.
- Stay Competitive : Keep ahead of cybersecurity market trends and competitors to sharpen your pitch and maintain a winning edge.
- Pipeline Discipline : Use HubSpot (or a similar CRM) to manage opportunities with accuracy, ensuring clear visibility into performance and forecasts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.English proficiency (C1+)5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience , ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud solutions .Strong track record as a hunter , with proven success in consistently overachieving quotas.Expertise in closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with senior executives.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.Highly self-motivated, resilient, and driven by performance and financial rewards.CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar) with strong pipeline discipline.Willingness to travel across LATAM South to engage prospects and clients face-to-face.Cybersecurity knowledge is a strong plus.What We Offer
