We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Channel Account Manager. This role involves driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with resellers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and nurture partnerships with assigned resellers to increase sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic account plans that promote NCR's complete solution portfolio.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide support to partners in reaching end customers.
- Participate in customer meetings to assist partner sales efforts.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track and manage sales opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure partner success.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Provide feedback to improve programs, products, and strategies.
- Manage expenses responsibly and adhere to company guidelines.
Requirements :
Extensive experience in sales, preferably in channel or partner management.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Ability to travel frequently.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams.
