Job Overview :

InsuraTec is seeking a Remote Customer Success Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team. If you have a background in sales, account management, or customer service and are ready for a remote opportunity with uncapped earning potential, this is the perfect role for you.

We provide leads, training, and support—you bring the motivation and drive to succeed. No cold calling. No door-to-door. No MLM.

100% remote position – Work from home with flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities :

Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support

Guide clients through the sales process using a consultative approach

Present and promote insurance and financial service products

Maintain follow-up and client retention using our CRM tools

Collaborate with team leads and attend regular virtual training meetings

Qualifications :

Background in sales, customer service, or account management preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Must be able to obtain a state insurance license (we provide training and assistance)

Compensation :

Commission-only with monthly bonus opportunities

Top performers earn $100,000+ annually
