    • About the Role :
    • Our Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and expanding the customer base by providing strategic direction and management to the sales department.
    • This position requires a blend of strategic-creative planning, team leadership, client relationship management, and market analysis to ensure the sales organization aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

    • Responsibilities :
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territories and accounts.
    • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team; hire, train, and evaluate sales personnel as needed.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position products effectively and identify new business opportunities.
    • Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor to understand and meet their business needs.
    • Oversee the preparation of detailed sales reports, forecasts, and budgets; communicate progress and results to senior management.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader company goals.
    • Continuously monitor and improve sales processes, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and performance.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
    • Requirements :
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
    • Business English.
    • Relevant experience in sales strategy and defining sales processes.
    • Professional experience in the events industry
    • Proven ability to manage and empower sales managers.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in international sales.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Experience in managing a team of around 25 people.
    • Ability to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions, and to position products effectively against competitors.
