Your Tasks

Job Objective

Manage the activities of the Technical Services department to meet KPIs and realize the HELLA leadership model across its four dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the organization of Technical Services regarding headcount, budgeting, employee development, training, and technological improvements to enhance competitiveness.
• Supervise methods, processes, and manufacturing techniques in collaboration with stakeholders, supporting ongoing operations and strategic planning.
• Monitor market trends and technological advancements to keep services, processes, and resources up to date.
• Ensure equipment and resources are maintained and repaired on schedule and within budget to support smooth production.
• Coordinate medium and long-term capital investments and planning.
• Design, control, and optimize material and resource creation and commissioning, considering available technical and human resources.

Qualifications

The candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of all core specialties within the Technical Services department to lead and align technical functions with operational and business objectives.
