With around 36,500 employees across over 125 locations, the company operates worldwide and reported adjusted sales of €8.1 billion in fiscal year 2024.Your TasksJob ObjectiveManage the activities of the Technical Services department to meet KPIs and realize the HELLA leadership model across all four dimensions.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure the organization of Technical Services in terms of headcount, budgeting, employee development, training, and technological improvements to enhance competitiveness.Control and supervise methods, processes, and manufacturing techniques in collaboration with stakeholders.
