The treasury specialist provides financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate recording of bank transactions.ResponsabilidadesExecute treasury processes to support the businessPrepare monthly account reconciliations as requestedResearch and reconcile all discrepanciesAssist in downloading and submitting bank statements and reporting cash balances dailyEnsure cash application is completed daily and applied based on customer remittancesRecord bank adjustments and clear payments in cashbookAssist with preparation of treasury for year-end auditSupport accounting manager with special projects and workflow process improvementsCalificacionesBachelor's Degree Accounting or related; Public Accounting, strongly preferredFluent in both English and Spanish3 year's experience working in banking or treasury roleHabilidades RequeridasComputer skills including Microsoft Office with emphasis on ExcelAble to handle multiple tasks and stay organizedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam player and have ability to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and EnglishReady to take the next step in your career?
