Objective

This position Will actively work on financial reporting, planning and analysis to support management decision-making processes contributing to the company’s business goal achievement. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for processing complex, confidential and time sensitive data and for maintaining and monitoring proper budgeted headcount / personnel cost; assists with forecasting, weekly and monthly reporting and variance analysis; is key player in month-end process as well as budgeting / planning processes

Main Responsibilities

Create reporting of functional P&L during month-end, review and upload financial reports to the company’s global reporting tools and analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, identifying drivers and trends.

Prepare financial management presentations and ensure high quality and data integrity in financial reports and presentations.

Streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Support automation and digitalization initiatives in financial reporting.

Generate weekly and monthly HR transaction and headcount reports, audits, ensures data integrity and provide analysis for key metrics.

Assist with the annual financial planning and budgeting processes, including developing timelines and key deliverables, tracking completion, planning of personnel cost, consolidation and analysis.

Develop analysis plans and apply appropriate statistical techniques and / or predictive modeling to answer workforce-related questions.

Analyze, evaluate, and reconcile HR data and metrics pertaining to headcount, overtime costs, and personnel costs.

Develop data-driven analysis to support strategic decision.

Act as point of contact between HR and Controlling to ensure any relevant financial business updates are captured, communicated and presented correctly.

Performs other projections, research and analysis as may be required by leadership

Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field of study.

3 to 5+ years of experience in a professional environment; knowledge of HR disciplines and practices desired; automotive industry experience preferred.

Strong organization, planning, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Strong analytical skills with predictive modeling experience and strong business acumen.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high quality document and report preparation.

Ability to maintain highest standards of confidentiality, privacy and protection of sensitive data.

Excellent interpersonal skills that can flow across a wide range of business partners.

Strong English and Spanish language skills (read / write / speak) a must.

Team player with strong attention to detail as well as produce accurate deliverables.

Be hands-on, flexible, and embrace change.

SAP knowledge helpful.

  • For this job is needed to live in Querétaro and be able to work on site some time.
