The General Manager Mexico and Puerto Rico is responsible :

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization, define strategic goals aligned with Latin America and Developed Markets Regional strategic objectives to achieve short-term and long-term brand positioning, above-market growth, and P&L results, compliant with business practices and local legal regulations
• Develop talent in the organization, as well as prepare succession for critical roles
• Own the overall sales process within your assigned countries (pre-sale and post-sale)
• Build a strategic YOY business plan within each sub-region in this territory incorporating key value drivers for both the channel partner as well as Beckman Coulter which will drive YOY revenue growth and sustained partnership
• Deploy robust sales, marketing, services, and operations campaigns with the local regional teams

This position reports to the Latin America Vice President, and is part of the Latam Organization located in Mexico and will be an on-site role.
