42 Gaming Group is a fast-growing international gaming operator focused on regulated markets and licensed local operations.

We specialize in the B2C iGaming segment and operate several casino brands across Europe, Africa, and LATAM. We currently operate successfully in Greece, Serbia, and Nigeria, with Mexico planned to launch in autumn 2025.

The company employs 170+ professionals, and as we expand into new markets, we are actively growing our teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Market Growth

Develop and execute the business strategy for the Mexican market, aligning with global objectives and local market needs

  • Drive achievement of local revenue and growth targets, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the Mexican iGaming and casino sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and industry bodies
  • Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee all business operations in Mexico, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and alignment with company standards

  • Ensure full compliance with Mexican laws, gaming regulations, and international standards, including anti-money laundering and responsible gaming policies
  • Act as the primary local contact for regulatory authorities, banks, and other partners to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships
  • Team Management & Process Building
  • Lead, manage, and inspire multidisciplinary teams across operations, marketing, customer support, and product development

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top local talent, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance
  • Build and optimize operational processes to ensure seamless delivery of casino and iGaming services
  • Product & Customer Experience
  • Oversee the localization and adaptation of products to meet local market preferences and regulatory requirements

  • Ensure an excellent user experience and achieve defined customer satisfaction standards
  • Work with marketing teams to develop and implement effective acquisition and retention campaigns tailored to the Mexican audience
  • Financial & Performance Management
  • Manage the local P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently

  • Monitor key business metrics, generate regular reports, and implement action plans to address underperformance
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Brand Building
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with media to enhance visibility and brand reputation in Mexico

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive market penetration and business growth
  • Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the Mexican iGaming and gambling industry market
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Proven experience in the iGaming or casino industry
  • Experience in P&L management and achieving business objectives
  • Knowledge of Mexican gambling legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and English language skills
  • Experience in team building and managing multidisciplinary teams
