The goal of this role is to build efficient intelligent automation of digital financing business processes that help customers achieve fair lending globally and make digital lending easy to use, intelligent, and affordable.

Responsibilities

• Understanding customer challenges and key business goals through discovery calls, discussions, and workshops
• Translating business requirements within the contract scope into specific technical requirements for software deployment
• Identifying business requirements outside the scope of contract and communicating them to the project team
• Using coding languages (e.g. C#, .Net) and frameworks / systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git)
• Creating and defining basic and advanced SQL queries
• Configuring and developing process automation systems using visual business and decision flow building tools
• Creating efficient automation processes with well-structured visual processes and decision flows based on customer requirements
• Working with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Integrating company software components with 3rd-party data sources and programs via APIs
• Designing UI forms, business process logic, and decision flows based on predictive models and business rules
• Gathering and evaluating user feedback
• Recommending and executing improvements
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software after deployment in the customer environment
