Location : Remote (Must be based in Guadalajara). Paylocity is an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions. We hire globally and use an Employer of Record model to ensure compliance. Ideal candidates would be based in Guadalajara and able to work within four hours of Eastern Standard Time.

What Will You Do

Software Engineers are key members of our product teams, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications and services. You will work closely with Product Owners, Software Test Engineers, and Business Stakeholders, participating in the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment, including technical design, coding, unit testing, integration testing, performance tuning, maintenance, test automation, deployments, and upgrades. You will collaborate with DevOps, DBAs, and Systems Engineers to optimize deployments and enhance team velocity and overall software quality. You will craft innovative solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability, and delivering seamless experiences for our users.
