As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business & Personal Operations Manager to help strengthen and elevate our operations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Editorial Leadership & Brand Voice
- Final editorial sign-off for all outward-facing content across email, social, web, and Substack.
- Learn, articulate, and document the brand voice by working closely with the founder
- Coach and train team members and contractors in brand-voice execution
2. Content Architecture & Strategy
Build quarterly content maps for all platformsTranslate strategy into clear creative direction for designers, copywriters, and engineersPlan and oversee content campaigns that balance brand integrity with business growth3. Creative Direction
Lead cross-functional creative partners with clear briefs and directionEnsure all assets meet brand standards for quality, accuracy, and resonanceMaintain one cohesive story across multi-channel content4. Signature Project Ownership
Co-create editorial + design architecture for The Vitality Architecture Journal each quarterReview and sign off on all Journal content and design elementsSupport launch strategies, retention efforts, and key collaboration campaigns5. Cross-Team Coordination
Collaborate with the Project Manager and oversee content operations inside AsanaParticipate in ongoing rhythms :Weekly team meetingsDaily async check-insFortnightly reporting cyclesSkills :
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling contentAbility to learn, maintain, and elevate a refined brand voice, and coach others to write within itExperience directing designers, writers, and web collaborators with clear creative guidanceComfortable overseeing content across Web, Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, and emailAbility to map and manage multi-platform content plans and timelinesBasic ability to track and interpret content performance metricsStrong design sensibility, good eye for layout, visual consistency, and storytelling through designHighly organized, able to manage multiple projects, drafts, and deliverables at onceClear, proactive communicator who collaborates smoothly in remote teamsCalm, grounded, and able to problem-solve in fast-moving creative environmentsProficiency with Asana , Google Drive / Docs, Dropbox, FloDesk, LinkedIn, Substack, and InstagramFamiliarity with wellness, lifestyle, or human-centered brands (preferred)Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.3–5+ years in operations, project management, or executive assistant roles (supporting executives or founders preferred)Experience coordinating cross-functional teamsExperience within creative, wellness, boutique, or design-forward companies is a plusAdvanced English (written and spoken) required.High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)Windows 10 / 11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)Setting : 100% Remote
