Demand Planner

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our team in Mexico City.This role is critical to ensuring accurate demand forecasts and efficient production planning.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in demand planning within an international organization, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and have proven experience with NetSuite ERP.You will work closely with our General Manager in Mexico, the local sales team, and the production team in China, analyzing historical usage and future projections to align production with market demand.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, business projections, and market trends.Collaborate with the General Manager and the local sales team to gather insights on customer forecasts and commercial activity.Work closely with the production team in China to align demand plans with manufacturing capacity.Monitor forecast accuracy and implement adjustments based on key metrics and supply constraints.Use NetSuite ERP to manage forecasts, generate reports, and ensure data integrity.Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes, providing demand and inventory insights and analysis.Prepare regular reports on forecast performance, inventory health, and supply risks.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning in a multinational or international environment.Proven experience with NetSuite ERP.Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of additional planning or analytical tools is a plus.Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
