Luxury Commercial Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy for the Luxury Incentives MICE segment, focusing on luxury groups. This role involves developing business opportunities nationally and internationally, prioritizing exceptional customer service, possessing extensive global knowledge of luxury products, and proven experience in personalized, discreet, and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect, develop, and nurture relationships with VIP and corporate clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, manage expectations, and ensure service excellence.
- Represent the company at global events in the luxury tourism industry.
- Analyze commercial results with a focus on sustainable growth and service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in group sales within the luxury segment, in companies in the MICE sector, 5-star hotels, or luxury travel agencies, DMCs or MICE.Demonstrable experience providing personalized service to high-level clients : CEOs, celebrities, executives, etc.Global knowledge of luxury products : destinations, hotels, exclusive suppliers, unique experiences.Spanish : Native or advanced.English : Advanced (spoken and written).Benefits :
