Overview
Lead our retail strategy, driving retail performance and operational excellence for our brick and mortar sales channels. This role ensures the achievement of sell-out objectives, the implementation of brand standards and the development of retail talent, while creating an exceptional client experience.
Job responsibilities
Retail Performance :
- Achieve sustained growth in a highly competitive environment and balancing short-term results with long-term strategy building.
- Establish and monitor ambitious sales targets, ensuring the achievement of annual goals.
- Manage and guarantee the excellence in our brand and retail performance operation across 100+ points of sales, varying in size, format, and commercial dynamics.
- Optimization and implementation of retail tools
- Monitoring and improvement of retail indicators.
- Lead and inspire multi-generational teams to maintain a high level of motivation without losing focus on results, in order to retain and develop talent.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer obsession, in line with brand values.
- Develop training strategies in collaboration with the Retail & Education team, continuously elevating the level of service, sales skills, and brand knowledge.
- Implement incentive and recognition programs
- Ensure the consistency and excellence of the customer journey, ensuring compliance with the Maison's standards at every touchpoint.
- Implement best practices and new retail concepts that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Operational Excellence & Budget Management :
Efficiently manage retail and training budgets, optimizing investments to maximize ROI.Work closely with other stakeholders and ensure that teams in other departments are aware of the impact of their processes and decisions on retail and on point-of-sale (POS) teams.Relationships with clients :
Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and key stakeholders, negotiating favorable conditions and ensuring brand visibility and positioning.Analysis & Reporting :
Track and analyze retail indicators for sales, sell-out, inventory turnover, customer satisfaction, etc.Use the information obtained from data analysis to make informed decisions and optimize the retail strategy.Profile
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Busiess Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership positions in the commercial area, preferably in the luxury retail sector.Demonstrable experience in managing large sales teams (300+ people).In-depth knowledge of the retail market and consumer behavior.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Results and service orientedStrategic vision & execution excellence.Inspirational leadership & talent development.Customer-centric mindset with luxury retail sensitivity.Strong business acumen & financial management.Agility, adaptability and innovation orientation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
