- Must have independently worked on at least 2 to 3 mid to large-sized development projects
- Supports the creation of unit tests to ensure accuracy. Track record of identifying largest risk areas and driving resolution of these issues
- Provides accurate and timely input regarding status of technical tasks
- Ensures project goals make sense and overall development objectives are being met
- Designs and develops high quality, scalable and efficient solutions and products on schedule
- Documents possible improvements under the guidance of more tenured resources

This position is for a NBA Analyst for Pega. This is position needs to experience with Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub). This is different than other Pega applications. {NBA Analyst : Assists business stakeholders with formalizing / documenting their requests, and helps them get their ideas, products, and propositions into market more quickly. Think of them as a business analyst that has deep understanding of how decisioning should be used and applies that expertise to shape the incoming demand so that it takes full advantage of Pega’s AI and analytics.}
