This position offers the stability of a direct, indefinite contract and the opportunity to grow with a global leader in IT services.In this role, you will : Dive deep into core B2B processes, including product, pricing, promotions, and supply chain.Analyze complex data sets to define reporting requirements and translate findings into actionable business insights.Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and ensuring project alignment.Utilize your strong Agile / Scrum proficiency to work effectively within the team framework.Employ modern tools like JIRA for requirements management and process mapping.The ideal candidate will bring : 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.Deep domain knowledge of the Retail or Food Distribution industry.Proven ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.Technical proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Visio.An advanced level of English.Why Join Us?
