Market Data Infrastructure Engineer (LATAM Mexico)

Role Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Market Data Infrastructure team, focused on managing and resolving infrastructure issues and ensuring optimal performance of real-time data services.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolving Data quality issues, including root cause analysis, while coordinating with internal and external vendors to resolve Data issues.
• Support on-call, incident management, problem and change management activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in real time; implement monitoring tools to detect data issues.
• Collaborate with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams to share knowledge and improve service quality.
• L2 Alert Management : manage alerts requiring knowledge for resolutions; create / update resolutions in knowledge base, run books, scripts, and ITRS rules where possible.
• Incident Management : manage the incident lifecycle from identification to resolution, mitigating business impact in production.
• Change Management : manage production changes to the ticker plant, including mandatory updates performed by vendors or internal teams where only checkouts are necessary.
• Other : Release Management, Event Management, User support, Reporting.
