Descripción del trabajoMinimum 5 years working experience in the Data Operations or Data Engineering field Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL, MS SQL Server) Experience with Data Warehouse technologies (Snowflake) Proficiency with scripting languages, including Python, BASH, etc. for automation of tasks Advanced working knowledge of SQL Experience with cloud-native (CloudWatch) as well as third-party monitoring solutions like Data Dog, etc. Experience working with and maintaining data backup and recovery strategies Experience working with and maintaining high-availability and disaster recovery strategies Experience with performance tuning and optimization, using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools and techniques, including complex queries as well as procedure and indexing strategies Experience working within an Agile environment Experience managing Linux and Windows servers Experience with Data Masking Technologies such as Delphix, Data Secure, etc. Ability to conduct root cause analyses Ability to prioritize, organize and plan work independently English level, starting from Upper-Intermediate Technical and non-technical training for professional and personal growth Internal conferences and meetups to learn from industry experts Support and mentorship from an experienced employee to help you professional growth and development Internal startup incubator Health insurance Sports activities to promote a healthy lifestyle Flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities Referral program for bringing in new talent Work anniversary program and additional vacation days

Cloud Data Operations Engineer (Business Financing) — Mexico
Our client is a well-established financing provider for small and medium-sized businesses, operating both as a direct lender and a marketplace with a network of lending partners. Their mission is to make financing faster, easier, and more accessible for business owners.
Responsibilities
- Manage relational databases as well as cloud data warehouses
- Deploy and maintain data integration and data analytics processes, including data pipelines, data replication, ETL / ELT, etc.
- Adhere to change management and other established processes and procedures
- Refine, automate, and advocate for automation, standardized processes, issue tracking, and process improvement
- Create and maintain documentation as well as operational knowledge base
- Share knowledge with peers and other cross-functional teams
- Enforce strict data security protocols by managing user access controls, data encryption, etc. to mitigate security risks
- Monitor data systems performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to maximize efficiency
- Respond to and troubleshoot incidents
