About the Role
As FP&A Associate Director, you will serve as a strategic finance partner for a $4B business, providing financial insights, planning, and analysis to drive performance and support decision‐making. You will lead the consolidation and coordination of financial plans across 11 sub‐business units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and delivering accurate, timely, and actionable reporting to senior leadership. Your work will directly impact profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic growth for North America CHVAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long‐range planning for the $4B business.
- Consolidate inputs from 11 sub‐business units, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop scenario analyses and sensitivity models to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor and analyze monthly financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare executive‐level presentations for leadership reviews.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, providing financial guidance and support.
- Collaborate cross‐functionally with operations, sales, and corporate finance teams.
- Drive alignment between sub‐business units and overall North America CHVAC strategy.
- Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting for scalability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.
- Champion best practices in financial planning and analysis across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles, with leadership responsibilities.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.Additional Desired Qualifications
MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA).Experience in a large, complex, multi‐business unit organization.Knowledge of ERP and financial planning systems (SAP, Hyperion, etc.).Benefits
