Responsibilities

• Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas y de confianza con clientes de alto valor, actuando como su principal asesor estratégico.
• Comprender a fondo los objetivos de negocio del cliente y traducir esas necesidades en estrategias de marketing y comunicación efectivas.
• Supervisar la planificación y ejecución de múltiples proyectos y campañas, asegurando la calidad, el cumplimiento de plazos y el presupuesto.
• Liderar y motivar a los equipos internos (creativo, medios, digital, etc.) para asegurar una ejecución impecable y alineada con la estrategia.
• Identificar proactivamente oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión dentro de las cuentas existentes (upselling / cross-selling).
• Gestionar la rentabilidad de las cuentas asignadas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros y la optimización de recursos.
• Analizar el rendimiento de las campañas y proyectos, extrayendo insights clave y presentando informes de resultados que demuestren el valor y el ROI al cliente.
• Proporcionar recomendaciones estratégicas basadas en datos para futuras iniciativas.
