Associate Director of Sales

Set to open in mid‑2026, THE BARAI HUA HIN is a beachfront luxury resort featuring 98 rooms and suites that will become part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, located along the serene Khao Takiab coastline. Designed as a haven of peace and rejuvenation, the resort combines THE BARAI’s iconic architectural grace with personalized sensory experiences that reflect the essence of Thai hospitality.

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Associate Director of Sales is responsible for assisting in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue‑generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality / Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Associate Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager in a luxury resort or urban city.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
