We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the deployment of our Global Business Platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring a team to successfully complete the program deployment.
This role involves close collaboration with client regional leadership and Global Functions in a fast-paced environment ensuring all elements of the plan are integrated seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a cross-functional team to deploy the platform for a CPG client.
- Develop policies and ways of working for the team to ensure seamless deployment.
- Manage client stakeholders, including program managers and market leaders.
- Resolve issues and make decisions to support program delivery.
- Candidate should have ability to interview and hire new profiles.
- Identify and manage risks related to performance, behavior, or motivational issues.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, Payroll to streamline ways of working with clients.
