Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to drive the digital transformation of Lenovo’s global manufacturing and engineering operations. This role will partner closely with manufacturing operational teams to identify requirements and design innovative solutions, while collaborating with IT / DT teams to develop and deploy digital applications. The position will focus on transforming business processes, designing and implementing digital solutions, and leveraging data-driven models to optimize and digitize Lenovo’s global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing business teams to identify operational requirements and design digital solutions.
• Collaborate with IT / DT teams to lead solution development, deployment, and integration into existing systems.
• Manage projects in both project and product models to deliver smart solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including business process re-engineering, automation, and data-driven decision-making models.
• Engage in factory construction, optimization, and digital capability enhancement.
• Act as a change leader to promote adoption of new digital tools, applications, and processes across global teams.
• 10% to 30% of travel across different Countries (US, Europe, India or China etc).
