Job Title : Account Manager Project LeadLocation : Monterrey MexicoFull-time OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the deployment of our Global Business Platform.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring a team to successfully complete the program deployment.This role involves close collaboration with client regional leadership and Global Functions in a fast-paced environment ensuring all elements of the plan are integrated seamlessly.Key Responsibilities : Manage a cross-functional team to deploy the platform for a CPG client.Develop policies and ways of working for the team to ensure seamless deployment.Manage client stakeholders, including program managers and market leaders.Resolve issues and make decisions to support program delivery.Candidate should have ability to interview and hire new profiles.Identify and manage risks related to performance, behavior, or motivational issues.Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, Payroll to streamline ways of working with clients.Requirements : Functional Skills : Process-oriented thinking, planning, organization skills, analytical and conceptual thinking.Stakeholder Management Skills : Managing different stakeholder groups across Functions and Operating Companies with communication skills.Training and Change Management Skills : Conducting trainings, developing training materials, and supporting change to new ways of working.Process Improvement Skills : Problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and contributing to process improvements.Interpersonal and People Management Skills : Relationship management skills.Preferred Qualifications / Skills : Managerial experience in a complex international environment leading cross-functional programs.Strong understanding and experience working within and implementing complex change projects.Demonstrated multicultural experience through international work placements.Strategic thinking : Ability to develop a clear vision for the future of the organization.Functional skills : Change Management, organizational transformation, Process-oriented thinking.
