We are looking for a passionate and strategic Leadership and Development Director to design, implement, and lead programs that foster professional growth and enhance leadership capabilities across the organization. This role plays a key part in aligning training initiatives with our business goals and company culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify training needs and design learning strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop and deliver engaging training content (in-person, online, or coaching).
- Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
- Manage the L&D budget efficiently.
- Lead and mentor the Implementation Coaches team.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to drive talent development.
- Stay current on L&D trends and continuously improve learning programs.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.Proficiency with learning platforms (LMS, e-learning tools).Strong leadership and team management skills.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills and commitment to continuous improvement.What We Offer :
