Business Development Customer Service Specialist

Descripción del trabajoA high school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor's degree is preferred) Related experience in customer service of 1-3 years with a strong background in quoting, logistics, etc. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and English at an advanced level Enter customer orders into SAP with high accuracy Process quote entries and sales orders, manage order tracking and fulfillment Answer incoming calls to assist with customer requests, provide updates, and address concerns promptly and accurately Manage pricing requests and product availability using SAP and Smartsheet Applications
