Job Summary
EPCPROMAN Mexico (Previously Parascadd Mexico) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team, promoting our innovative project and construction management software solutions. As a new member of our sales team, you'll be building customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations : Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, negotiating contracts and pricing terms.
- Reporting and Feedback : Provide regular sales progress updates to the Sales representative or direct supervisor, discussing challenges and suggesting improvements.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience : 1-4 years of sales experience (desired), preferably in the construction or software industry.Intermediate to Advanced English Language for businessSkills :
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.What We Offer
