In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective issue resolution.Required Skills and QualificationsA recent graduate or about to graduate with a related degree in Administration, International Business / Relations, Logistics, or similar field.Advanced conversational English is mandatory.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills are required.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesCreation and modification of sales orders (Direct and Indirect).
Order validation and error resolution in uploads.Coordination of physical and digital returns.Adjustments in quantities, addresses, priorities, and transportation.Collaboration with internal teams (Sales Representative and Fulfillment).
