Schedule : Monday to Friday | 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM CT

Salary :

Payroll : $32,000 – $36,000 MXN / month + law benefits

Direct Contractor : $38,000 – $45,000 MXN / month net + benefits

Final salary will be determined based on experience

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Revenue & Pricing Analyst to support pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization for a growing portfolio of boutique hotels.

This is a high-impact, data-driven role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, building pricing models, and translating insights into actionable rate strategies. You'll collaborate with leadership to analyze performance and recommend pricing adjustments to maximize revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze hotel performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace) to identify pricing opportunities.
• Build and maintain pricing models and forecasts in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Calculate and adjust rates, discounts, and packages based on demand, competition, and profitability.
• Prepare and present pricing and revenue performance reports to leadership.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, local events, and seasonality.
• Update rates in Cloudbeds (PMS) and across OTAs , Expedia, Airbnb, etc.).
• Evaluate rate plan effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Support the development of pricing processes and long-term revenue strategies.
