We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud and APEX development. The ideal candidate will handle complex technical implementations, collaborate across teams, and contribute to solution design within established architectural frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex APEX solutions following best practices and patterns
• Configure and customize Service Cloud features to meet business requirements
• Create and maintain advanced triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
• Implement automated testing strategies and maintain code quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in solution design discussions and technical planning
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers
• Create comprehensive technical documentation
• Collaborate with business analysts to refine requirements
• Work with QA team to ensure solution quality
• Support production deployments and maintenance
