Primary Skill : Apex Programming Language (P3 - Advanced)

Responsibilities :

• As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation / contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is required.
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) is recommended.
• Service Delivery proficiency is suggested.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application functionality.
• Analyze and optimize application performance for efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Advanced conversational English.

Monterrey : 1-2 times a week in the office

Mexico City and Guadalajara : 100% home office
