Key Responsibilities
- Manage the timely delivery of projects through developing project plans and monitoring progress against them
- Effectively communicate status updates to stakeholders regarding progress
- Meet and engage with clients to understand existing processes, business needs, challenges, and objectives
- Conduct discovery meetings to gather requirements and understand client sustainability processes
- Determine and document client requirements for new solutions
- Provide guidance to clients on best practices
- Contribute to design of solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Provide recommendations and alternatives for potential functional design issues
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements for Salesforce implementations or enhancements
- Deliver system training to clients and internal teams
- Maintain a chargeability level with billable hours to external clients
- Travel as required based on client needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related technical field or equivalent experienceSalesforce Administrator certifications3-6 years of experience with Salesforce and multiple end‑to‑end implementationsKnowledge of software development lifecycle and key Salesforce development tools and technologiesDeep understanding of Salesforce object model, metadata, configuration, and permissionsExperience with Salesforce UI, Flow, and front‑end developmentFamiliarity with security and user permission models in multi‑org settingsAbility to work across teams, independently manage ambiguous situations, and communicate effectivelyManage competing deadlines, multiple projects simultaneously and conflicting prioritiesFluency in English and Spanish (oral and written)Preferred Skills
Salesforce certificationsHands‑on experience with Salesforce Net Zero CloudStrong API design and system architecture experienceExperience with enterprise development practices (CI / CD, source control, release management)Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologiesExperience in consulting or client‑facing rolesStrong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship building skillsDesign and deliver system training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective adoption and knowledge transferBenefits
