Key Responsibilities

• Manage the timely delivery of projects through developing project plans and monitoring progress against them
• Effectively communicate status updates to stakeholders regarding progress
• Meet and engage with clients to understand existing processes, business needs, challenges, and objectives
• Conduct discovery meetings to gather requirements and understand client sustainability processes
• Determine and document client requirements for new solutions
• Provide guidance to clients on best practices
• Contribute to design of solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Provide recommendations and alternatives for potential functional design issues
• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements for Salesforce implementations or enhancements
• Deliver system training to clients and internal teams
• Maintain a chargeability level with billable hours to external clients
• Travel as required based on client needs
