Regional Strategy and Commercial Excellence Director
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our regional strategic agenda in LATAM, driving sustainable growth across the business. This role will oversee five key pillars : Strategy & Management Business System , Portfolio Management , Marketing , Sales Excellence , and Customer Experience .
The successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner to the LATAM leadership team, ensuring alignment between regional initiatives and global priorities. Key responsibilities include :
In addition, this role requires defining and executing the regional product and service portfolio strategy, optimizing profitability, positioning, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
The Regional Strategy and Commercial Excellence Director will lead cross-functional and regional teams, fostering collaboration and influencing across functions. This role demands a customer and market focus, an innovation and transformation mindset, and strong communication and executive storytelling skills.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in senior roles leading strategy, commercial excellence, or marketing within multinational environments is also essential.
