We are seeking a seasoned senior executive to join our advisory team as a Senior Business Strategist. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals who have a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the customer operations space.

The ideal candidate will be a former senior executive with expertise in major Telco, Financial Institution, Insurance, or related sectors. A strong network and credibility with decision-makers in Mexico's customer operations space is essential. Additionally, interest in supporting innovation and technology-driven business models is highly desirable.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Identify strategic opportunities for growth and development within target clients (Telco, Banking, Insurance, Education, Utilities).
• Serve as a senior sponsor in key meetings and negotiations, leveraging relationships and strategic knowledge.
• Contribute to the definition of go-to-market strategies for Mexico, working closely with the CEO and local business developers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including system integrators and local resellers.

Requirements :

Compensation Package :

The compensation package includes a gain-share model, where up to 10% of revenue originated within your perimeter may be earned, with a cap of 10M€ revenue.

A fixed support retainer of €2,000–€5,000 per month is also included, depending on profile and availability.

Bonus payments are tied to milestones such as contract closure, sustained engagement, and performance achieved at 12 and 24 months.

This role offers flexibility, with advisory involvement not requiring full-time employment. Remote work options are available, with occasional travel expected for key client meetings.
