We’re looking for a bold and strategic sales leader ready to drive high-impact growth across Mexico. This is more than a sales role — it’s about building and leading a world-class commercial engine, from pipeline to long-term partnership.
As VP of Sales , you’ll be responsible for leading Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams, shaping go-to-market strategy, and driving results in one of the most dynamic financial ecosystems in the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Own and execute the regional sales strategy with a laser focus on Tier 1 banks and financial institutions
✅ Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success
✅ Cultivate strategic relationships with senior decision-makers across the financial services landscape
✅ Lead complex enterprise deals from discovery to close, with full accountability for the revenue number
✅ Partner closely with product and marketing teams to ensure our value lands with impact
✅ Represent the business at C-level across the region, contributing to overall LATAM growth strategy
