The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and experienced in managing the full recruitment cycle —from sourcing to onboarding.You'll play a key role in connecting top talent with our clients across the U.S., ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process — job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.Sourcing Excellence : Use platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to identify top candidates.Candidate Management : Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide a smooth, professional experience throughout the hiring process.Strategic Hiring : Support hiring for Tier 2 and Tier 3 roles , managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.Client Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.Recruiting Operations : Handle administrative processes, onboarding coordination, and recruitment reporting.

• ? RequirementsExperience & Education- Minimum 3 years of experience managing the full recruitment cycle .
• U.S. recruitment experience (required).
• Experience in specialized recruitment — a huge plus.
• IT recruitment background is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 positions effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.Technical & Tools- Proficiency with recruitment tools : LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite .
• Monday.com knowledge is a plus.Language & Soft Skills- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
