Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supporting our team will work closely with the Talent Acquisition leader to ensure key deliverables are met while managing an industry-aligned requisition load. Paylocity Senior Recruiters partner with business leaders to develop and execute robust full cycle recruiting strategies to help each group identify and hire top talent, with a focus on diversity.
Responsibilities
- Drive and manage the consistent generation of a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates, with a focus on diversity, by driving initiatives across multiple sources including social media, web sourcing, Boolean searches, referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand the needs of the business.
- Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience.
- Actively participate in continuous feedback and improvement of our tools and processes.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in recruiting, the competitive landscape, market drivers, diversity and more; educate and share this knowledge with clients, teams, and peers.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma / GED with equivalent experience5+ years of full-cycle technology recruiting experience with a successful track record in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentGlobal Talent Acquisition experience in the technology field preferred2+ years of sourcing passive talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Indeed Resume, Google X-Ray, or equivalentAgency experience preferredMust have early career (university) recruitment experienceExperience partnering with HRBP or Compensation leads for role-specific compensation analysis; cross-functional project leadershipExperience mentoring junior peers to ensure process improvementProven track record of building deep stakeholder partnerships with hiring managers and tech leadershipExperience developing efficient sourcing strategies with mid to senior level technology hiring managersPassion for innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to engage diverse and difficult-to-find talentData-driven with an analytical mindset; ability to identify metrics and data to back up strategySoft Skills
