This role is responsible for contacting borrowers with delinquent accounts, collecting past due payments, and providing suitable payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contacting delinquent borrowers via phone or other means
• Finding solutions to help bring borrower's loans to a current status
• Processing payments for borrowers with past due payments
• Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals
• Ensuring compliance with our collections policies and procedures
