About This Role

Act as the vital link between teams, driving key projects and monitoring internal performance. Through Project Management and operational support , you’ll help us deliver seamless, efficient, and memorable experiences for our customers.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects, ensuring teams stay aligned and on track.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights to improve results.
• Provide operational support to Contact Center agents, assisting them with internal processes and tools related to VIVA products (not related to direct customer service)
• Keep communication flowing with status updates, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
• Use Agile and Scrum to manage tasks, remove blockers, and keep things moving.
