Demonstrated expertise in Mexican tax laws, US GAAP, and MX GAAP, with a keen understanding of their interplay. Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel, with a knack for leveraging these tools effectively. Intermediate level of English language proficiency, facilitating effective communication with global teams. Strong leadership, teamwork, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless compliance with local and federal tax obligations, including employment taxes.
- Pioneer the implementation of innovative tax strategies across the enterprise.
- Drive VAT receivables recovery initiatives for sustained growth.
- Deliver tax insights that harmonize with regulatory requirements.
- Stay ahead of the curve through active participation in tax forums and industry associations.
- Maintain open communication channels with tax authorities, fostering a proactive relationship.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure REPSE compliance.
- Support Transfer Pricing studies and corporate strategies, driving informed decision-making.
