Senior Account Manager – Digital Marketing Agency
Location : Remote
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, confident and strategic Account Manager to join our fast-paced agency environment. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, owning the day-to-day relationship, and ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and profitably. This role requires someone with a strong grasp of the digital marketing landscape, who can confidently support strategy, execution, and communication across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships.
- Lead day-to-day communication between clients and internal teams (creative, digital, development, media), ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.
- Translate client needs into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables across the business.
- Oversee the execution of digital projects including website development, paid media, social media, email marketing, content, and design deliverables.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals : Website Design & Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, and UX / UI principles.
- Understand and apply basic marketing strategy frameworks to support campaign development, messaging hierarchy, and audience segmentation.
- Assist the sales and leadership teams with new business development — including preparing pitch decks, supporting proposals, and participating in client pitch meetings.
- Maintain project profitability through time tracking, scope management, budget awareness, and recon processes.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and propose value-add solutions.
- Deliver clear, constructive feedback and communication to clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality output and smooth execution.
Requirements
4–5+ years of account management experience in a digital or integrated marketing agency.Well-rounded understanding of digital marketing services and campaign execution.Strong grasp of strategy fundamentals — including how to connect audience, platform, messaging, reporting and creative effectively.Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills — able to lead client conversations and internal meetings.Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.Experience managing timelines, scopes, and budgets to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated, solutions-driven, and adaptable.Why Join Us?
