Sales Account Manager

Key responsibilities :

• Proactively initiating conversations with prospects and clients via phone, email and messaging apps, and ensure that allocated clients are introduced / contacted regularly and managed by calls, emails and messaging apps.
• Converting prospective clients from various sources into active funded and traded clients and establish a long-term relationship with active clients.
• Ensure that disputes and queries from clients can be solved in a timely manner.
• Educating prospects and clients about Vantage’s product offerings, platform features and tools, and provide market commentaries and market training sessions exclusively for clients.
• Assist on client behavior analysis and provide reporting on market and trading activities.
