Essential Functions :
Conduct training needs assessments in operational, technical, and administrative areas. (TNA) (DNC)
Create support materials such as manuals, presentations, and evaluations.
Coordinate external training sessions with vendors and consultants.
Use measurement tools to assess training effectiveness and update KPI´s
Manage the training budget.
Update trainings on LMS Valmont System.
Schedule and execute onboarding program for Union and Admin Employees
This position is going to lead the internal welding school for Apodaca and Escobedo plants
Update and post skill matrix on shop floor
Responsible of Training the trainers program
Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) :
Preferred Bachelors in relevant field 5+ years of experience.
Must have a professional and fluent English communication.
Preferred experience with Training programs for manufacturing plants.
Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with other teams to solve business needs.
Ability to leverage technology to update all training KPI´s efficiently.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
Strong communication skills and a comfort level presenting to groups required.
Demonstrated ability to build a simple plan and then execute it well within a complex environment.
