About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SD systems.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Analyze business processes and provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices.

2. Configure SAP SD components including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, etc.

3. Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration.

4. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP SD issues.

5. Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.

6. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.

7. Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
